I thought I did this once already but since I'm not sure, I'll try again. I am open about my history with anxiety disorder and, more importantly, my recovery. Thirty years of Panic Disorder and seven years of recovery June 2009. I host a live internet radio show all about mental health and I offer mentoring sessions nationwide by phone and worldwide by e-mail to assist others in finding their own personal journey to recovery.

By sharing my story I hope to encourage others to believe that they can achieve mental wellness if they are open to look outside of a strictly conventional approach. Alternative and Complimentary techniques and treatments are what has worked and continues to work as I continue to progress further and further on my path of recovery.

Anyone is welcome to e-mail or call me. I would love to be part of this project.

Hi MoriTherapy,

I just now sent a msg to HummingBird... and the short answer: YES.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to participate in the mental health dialogue.

Please do let me know if I can be of any help.

Best,
Sean

To whom it may concern:

I would be honored to represent the voice of stigma, myth, and activism. I am president of ActiveMinds at Maryland (http://studentorg.umd.edu/activeminds), representing the most affected group of mental illness sufferers. With 1 in 4 college age students affected by mental illness, Active Minds (www.activeminds.org) is critical to the fight to reduce stigma. We (I) are investing our resources in participating in the Twitter/Social Networking movement.

Please do contact me for any follow up questions/information.

Best,
Sean Sullivan
