- Registration desk (1 volunteer for that)
- Set up and tear down (3 volunteers for that)
- Getting and setting up the food (2-3 people)
- Session/room marshals (4 volunteers)
- Getting little gifts for honoraria (1+ volunteers)

We could also use one or two general all-purpose volunteers from now on until the event is over.
